Isai and Judith were exceptionally kind and helpful when I visited the Wash Smart Laundry on 6450 S. Western. The facility was clean and easy to get around. Isai offered help with my needs and Judith was kind in helping me with the card machine and purchase of additional laundry supplies. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys for a lovely washing experience!

Carmen is seriously the best! Every time I go to the laundromat, she’s super friendly and always greets me with a big smile. She goes out of her way to help with anything, and you can tell she actually cares about the people who come in. She’s always patient and makes sure everything’s running smoothly.

I love too come too wash at Wash Smart it is allways clean and the environment is so peaceful but, above all Erika is there too fulfilled the needs off the clients. Any questions off the facility she is ready too answer.

Erika is Awesome! She is the Best! Excellent Customer Service! Top Tier. I Forgot my card and she patiently helped me recover it on the machine! Although I found it later, just to know, I didn’t have to go home and get it and continue my laundry day. She is awesome!

Judith and Isaiah, I like that they wipe out and wipe on top of the washers and dryers. Very nice employee, some places do not even wash or wipe out. Their washers and dryers, you have all type of sticky stuff in them. You guys make it your business to clean the inside and outside of each washer and dryer. Every time I have been there very, very nice laundromat.. Keep up the good work

All of the attendants are kind but one in particular stood out on my last visit to Wash Smart. Erika is big help and very kind! When I asked her to assist me with an exchange she was willing to help and happy to help! It is nice to be treated kindly by the staff. The establishment is also always clean and pleasant.
